YourWayIn is looking for a Sales Consultant to represent our growing business.

What we do

YourWayIn allows business owners to record customer details for the purpose of entering an establishment, specifically geared towards government regulations for COVID-19 and contact tracing. Customers sign into the business quickly using GPS, QR Code or URL, for access to the premises and online site (menu, blog, information about your business, etc).

What we need

This exciting role is for people who possess an entrepreneurial mindset, and are capable of rising to daily challenges with energy and innovation. Every customer is unique. YourWayIn is looking for people who can identify businesses that are in need of our product.

The role is outside sales, cold calling, multiple territories available, please submit your location with resume. We will provide training and support. YourWayIn management marketing materials available for the candidate to rely on in addition to CRM and education.

Experience:

• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building and presentation skills
• Ability to self-source your own leads through a combination of cold calling and networking with assertive, positive, and persistent style
• Motivated self-starter with effective time management skills
• Goal-oriented and ambitious with capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle

Experience in the following is beneficial, but not essential:

• Food Service Industry (Restaurant / Bar / Pub)
• Automotive Industry (Dealership)

Your Day-to-Day

• Meet weekly with management to determine a course of action for the week
• Develop relationships with clients, by directly visiting their businesses
• Develop your own territory
• Become the local expert
• Cold calls
• Clearly define your clients
• Identify problems and produce solutions
• Develop competitive advantage
• Use content and social media marketing to your advantage

Compensation

This position is highly dependent on your experience and is currently for a 1 month contract with the option to extend to a full time position after 1 month.

• Negotiable for 1 month contract
• HIGH Commission rate on all sales for the duration of a contract (Negotiable)
• $40,000 - $100,000, if extened after 1 month contract (Negotiable)
• Customer service: 1-10 years
• Sales: 1-10 years
• Must speak English
• Must work remotely
